~Our Whole, Pure & Natural Program~

 Our commercial kitchen offers fresh locally sourced ingredients. We are dedicated to making the best organic whole pure & natural food for the Keiki of Kaua'i. We source most of our ingredients from our farm partner Spirit of the Earth farm a 16.5 acre biodynamic farm located in Moloaa. The farm's goal is to be beyond organic. Biodynamic agriculture is a holistic, ecological, and ethical approach to farming and gardening, considered a form of organic agriculture. It views the farm as a living organism, integrating soil, plants, animals, and humans into a self-sustaining system. We also work with local fishermen, ranchers & poultry farmers as much as possible.

 We are pleased to feed 2 Charter schools on currently up to 150 students daily. Our goal to feed all the schools on Kaua'i East & North shore.
