 Our commercial kitchen offers fresh locally sourced ingredients & meals. We are dedicated to sourcing & making the best organic whole pure & natural food for our community & you. We source most of our ingredients from our farm partner Spirit of the Earth farm a 16.5 acre biodynamic farm located in Moloaa. The farm's goal is to be beyond organic. Biodynamic agriculture is a holistic, ecological, and ethical approach to farming and gardening, beyond organic agriculture. It views the farm as a living organism, integrating soil, plants, animals, and humans into a self-sustaining system. We also source from local fishermen, ranchers & poultry farmers as much as possible.

 We are pleased to feed 2 Charter school Keiki with up to 150 students daily. Our goal to feed all the schools on Kaua'i East & North shore.

We also offer chef service & meal prep.
