We source from Kaua'i farmers, fishermen & ranchers. Our commercial kitchen offers fresh locally sourced ingredients. We are dedicated to making the best organic whole pure & natural food for our community. We source most of our ingredients from our farm partner Spirit of the Earth farm located in Moloaa. The farm's goal is to be beyond organic. Biodynamic agriculture is a holistic, ecological, and ethical approach to farming and gardening, considered a form of organic agriculture. It views the farm as a living organism, integrating soil, plants, animals, and humans into a self-sustaining system.
